The change is brought about by organizations need to incorporate new and innovative strategies and models. For business entities, the new models and strategies present both opportunities and benefits. For instance, the decision by most organizations to embrace diversity provides them with a lot of opportunities in using the diverse knowledge and skills to their advantage.
